Airport - Rica Helsfyr Hotel

Airport coach

Direction Oslo Bussterminal or Radisson SAS. Alight at 'Helsfyr', which is just outside SFT (The Norwegian Pollution Control Authority), 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Runs every 20 mins, journey time 35 mins.

Airport express train

Runs every 10 or 20 mins from Oslo Airport to Oslo Central Station. Journey time 20 mins. From the Central Station to Helsfyr you'll need to take a taxi (5 km) or the underground.

Tickets: Single 150 NOK.

Central Oslo - Helsfyr

The easiest way to travel from Cantral Oslo to Helsfyr is by the underground (T-bane). There are several stations in Central Oslo, including one at the Railway station. All underground stations are marked with a blue 'T'.

Tickets: Single 20 NOK, 24-hour travel card 55 NOK, 8 single journeys (flexikort) 150 NOK.

Lines 2 Ellingrudåsen, 3 Mortensrud, and 4 Bergkrystallen stop at Helsfyr. Journey time 6 mins.
